7,500 SQ FT of facade repairs under the San Francisco Facade Maintenance Program. These repairs restored the structural integrity and weather resistance of the building envelope while extending the service life of the facade.

Key challenges overcome:
● Lead-Based Paint: Required full compliance with EPA (RRP) Lead-Safe Work Practices. We maintained separate containment systems for swing stage and scaffold operations, using controlled dust suppression and proper waste handling to protect everyone on site.
● Occupied Urban Environment: The project was performed on a fully occupied building in a dense area. Regular notices, daily communication, and close coordination with Property Management ensured a smooth and safe process for the residents.
